Step into the new year with an afternoon dedicated to self-care, designed to refresh your body, mind and open your heart. This nurturing retreat invites you to slow down, find balance and a supportive community as you step into new beginnings. Here’s what to expect …. You will be welcomed into this inclusive space, where you can say your hellos, and take your time to settle onto your mat, arrive, relax and be present. Enjoy a flowing, movement, yoga class, to awaken and energise your body. A soothing guided mediation to seal your practice, find presence and clarity. Take a break, with afternoon tea, scones and cake, a time to mingle and share with other like -minded people. To complete, we will return to the yoga mat for some restorative Yin Yoga, this slow mediative practice invites you to soften and surrender, releasing tension and creating space in the body and mind. Pranayama, connecting to the breath, cultivating clam, focus and inner vitality. Yoga Nidra practice, a 30-minute restorative guided mediation, where the body and mind are invited to deeply rest, reset and reconnect to inner stillness. As I guide you with my voice, to simply lie down, be comfortable, and let the practice carry you into deep peace and rejuvenation. No experience is required – just come with an open heart and a curiosity to explore and leave feeling grounded, light and new.

Cancellation Policy

Yoga is known to reduce stress and anxiety and increase strength and flexibility in the body also calm the mind. It is suitable for all but there are certain circumstances when it wise to check with your, Doctor before coming to a yoga class. An example: of this would be, any medical condition, pregnancy or recovering from an injury. During any yoga practice it is important to be aware of your own body limitations and let go of any ego to compete with yourself or others. If your body doesn’t feel comfortable give yourself permission to come out of any pose and rest. It is important to recognise that we are all different and some postures, breathes or flows may affect you differently to others. There is no judgement accept your own judgement and listening to your body. As an act of good practice I will request that you complete a simple yoga health questionnaire before participating in yoga classes. If you have any further concerns, please feel free to either email me or speak to me before the class.
