Blossom into Spring in this afternoon retreat designed to help you connect with your body, mind and the natural rhythm of renewal.  As the winter softens, the flowers begin to bloom, you are invited to awaken and flow with the new energy of grounding and growth.  To slow down and gently connect with yourself, to stretch toward the light and breathe a little deeper, welcoming the freshness of Spring into your life.

Cancellation Policy

Yoga is known to reduce stress and anxiety and increase strength and flexibility in the body also calm the mind. It is suitable for all but there are certain circumstances when it wise to check with your, Doctor before coming to a yoga class. An example: of this would be, any medical condition, pregnancy or recovering from an injury. During any yoga practice it is important to be aware of your own body limitations and let go of any ego to compete with yourself or others. If your body doesn’t feel comfortable give yourself permission to come out of any pose and rest. It is important to recognise that we are all different and some postures, breathes or flows may affect you differently to others. There is no judgement accept your own judgement and listening to your body. As an act of good practice I will request that you complete a simple yoga health questionnaire before participating in yoga classes. If you have any further concerns, please feel free to either email me or speak to me before the class.
